AQUATIC FITNESS CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
Aqua Toning: This class works on all parts of the body to tone and
shape using water resistance and aquatic props.
Arthritis Aquatics: This 60-minute class emphasizes stretching to
increase flexibility and range of motion. Light cardio and toning
exercises are included.
E-Z Does It: This is a beginner/intermediate class designed to teach
basic techniques of water fitness.
On the Circuit – Get Wet: This is a class that takes you to the next
fitness level. This athletic-based interval class will combine cardioconditioning
intervals with toning and resistance exercises.
Liquid Zumba: Come have fun. This class brings a variety of dance
moves to water exercise.
Pool’lates: This innovative class combines Pilates Mat/Core
exercises, stretching and flexibility techniques to simultaneously
stretch, strengthen and lengthen, and stabilize the entire body.
Water Works: A complete workout. Traditional liquid cardio class
including progressive movements of jogging, pendulum moves, leaps,
and skiing just to name a few. Toning /sculpting exercises are also
included. No class will be the same.
