The program is individually based, but done in a group setting to encourage competition and teamwork. The program is for athletes ages 14 and older interested in improving their athletic capabilities. Peak Performance meets for 8 weeks during the summer months, Monday through Thursday in two separate three-hour sessions. The sessions run from 8:30 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. at the McLeod Health and Fitness Center.
