McLeod Home Health has been nationally recognized for its quality-focused Triad Care Team model. Designed to ensure patient satisfaction and successful medical outcomes, the Triad system assigns a team of an RN Case Manager, RN Staff Nurse, and LPN Staff Nurse to each case.

Patients are informed of the team of nurses caring for them. Their team's case manager coordinates care. This approach has improved medical outcomes and patient satisfaction.

McLeod Home Health holds national accreditation by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Health Organizations. We seek out, implement best practices, and collect reports of any adverse events to determine how we can ensure better care.
